This morning some customers were unable to log into accounts or had limited access from 7:14 am Pacific thru 8:15 am,

SMS Alerts & Campaigns are entering the final beta stage; you can use SMS for alerts and campaigns to any mobile US number in the system by either sending out mass SMS or via individual Text messages.  There will be no charge for SMS credits during the final beta stage.

We have scheduled the site speed enhancements to be implemented Wednesday night, 9 PM Pacific – 12 Midnight to address slowdowns.

We have new Toll Free numbers and direct dial for international users. The new numbers are 866-829-7011 and 415-874-8040. We’re working hard to improve customer support and getting a toll-free support number online was important and is in place. When you send out an email campaign the emails are all queued up from all accounts and sent together by order received. We’re performing a system and software upgrade this Saturday night, Pacific time. FreeCRM will be down from about 10PM that night for about 2-3 hours while perform the upgrade.
