New Telephone Numbers + Knowledgebase

We have new Toll Free numbers and direct dial for international users. The new numbers are 866-829-7011 and 415-874-8040. We’re working hard to improve customer support and getting a toll-free support number online was important and is in place. New Email Transport

We’re currently test-running a brand new email transport system. We expect a speedier, more reliable and efficient delivery of mail outs from the CRM to your SMTP servers.

System Upgrade and Scheduled Downtime

We’re performing a system and software upgrade this Saturday night, Pacific time. FreeCRM will be down from about 10PM that night for about 2-3 hours while perform the upgrade.
