New Telephone Numbers + Knowledgebase

We have new Toll Free numbers and direct dial for international users. The new numbers are 866-829-7011 and 415-874-8040. We’re working hard to improve customer support and getting a toll-free support number online was important and is in place.

A small release this time with a few fixes:

Additions:

  • Added Company Name to the old-style email campaign criteria filter.

Fixes:

  • Fixed a problem with pagination when searching by referrer contact.
  • Raw export error now fixed.
  • Sorting by date/date-time extended fields will now sort properly

Additions:

  • You can now sort custom views by extended fields
  • When exporting a custom view result listing, only the fields showing will be exported, including extended fields.
  • You can now update extended fields in bulk. Flag any number of records to the short list, then choose Update Fields from the shortlist action drop down. The extended fields will appear with an asterisk (*) before the field name.

Fixed:

  • When you have Company Industry set to be a drop down, the corresponding search field will also show as a drop down.
  • The email link for calendar events will now open the calendar entry when clicked from the email. Login might be required.
